I was just musing over how AMAZING St. Vincent is:
What a joy to behold. Annie Clark is such a talented lady, Actor is one of my favourite records of the year. When you listen to it you can completely appreciate that it really is a record that has been crafted lovingly. There are so many layers and so much detail, and what makes it more wonderful is that it’s only Annie’s second St.Vincent record. You can’t help but listen thinking what else she has up her sleeve…
The songs she plays there are Actor Out Of Work and The Strangers. She supports Grizzly Bear at Barbican this Halloween. YES!
